Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, implement and manage Integrated Marketing Communication and PR plans
  • Design and create marketing communication e.g., content / campaign / ads
  • Conduct activities such as conference, seminars, exhibition, meeting, events and media
  • Communicate and coordinate with product manager team to create Yearly Marketing Plan
  • Manage marketing online including Facebook, Instagram, Line, Twitter, Website and search engine optimization Google SEO, SEM
  • Summarize and report marketing communication performance comparing to ROI and KPIs
  • Writing and producing presentations and press releases
  • Providing public with information about company
  • Providing customer feedback to sales and product manager team

Qualifications

  • Male or Female, Thai nationality, Age 28-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing communication/ Communication Arts/ Advertising or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Marketing Communication, Advertising, PR or Marketing areas
  • Computer literacy, analytical skill and mathematical skill
  • Good command in English, both speaking and writing
  • Good personality and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadline and manage priorities
  • A growth mindset with positive attitude, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and open minded
Product Manager
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, design and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned product
  • Maintain sales to meet the target
  • Coordinate to solve before and after sales problems
  • Plan, organize and implement special events to support the promotional strategies and territory goals
  • Provide technical consultation and training to sales teams and customers
  • To achieve annual sales budget within approved promotional 
Qualifications
  • Male or Female, Thai nationality, Age 28-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Product Sales, IT or related area.
  • Adaptable, proactive and willing to learn

  • Interpersonal skills, pleasant & mature personality and excellent service attitude is a must
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good command in English

Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales goals
  • Follow the marketing plan to achieve sales
  • Responsible for assigned customers and/or finding new customers
  • Develop and maintains a professional relationship with all key accounts and business partners

Responsibilities
  • Achieve Maintenance service renewal sales target
  • Increase Maintenance service renewal rates with existing customers
  • Find new Maintenance service renewal customers
  • Coordinate with vendor, partner and end user to renew Maintenance service contract in appropriate time
  • Develop good relationships both within and outside the organization for successful Maintenance service renewal
Qualifications
  • Thai nationality, Age 25-35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in service renewal sales (IT or IT Security businesses would be an advantage) with a successful selling record
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, willing to take challenges and work under pressures
  • Good team player and be able to work independently
  • Pleasant personality, optimistic, mature, and excellent service attitude is a must

Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Provide installation, setup, testing, maintenance, and after-sales service of cyber security product to customer by SLA.
  • Help partner and customer to investigate and troubleshooting issue.
  • Provide POC or POV of cyber security product to customer.
  • Provide technical training to partner and customer. 
Qualifications
  • Thai male / female Age between 21-35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, IT, Network Engineer, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed (Having experience would be advantage)
  • Good attitude, positive thinking and empathetic person are requested.
  • Good learner and willing to learn are requested.
  • Able to respond to customer in 24x7 support service.
  • Have basic network knowledge such as routing, switching, OSI Model.
  • Knowledge of firewall or other security products would be advantages.
  • Experience in Unix/Linux would be advantages.
  • Good command in English would be advantages.
  • Good communication and presentation skill would be advantages.
